Privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung)

Last updated 30 October 2026

This policy covers this website, served at miplatlabs.de, miplatlabs.com and reelzpro.com, and contacting us by email or phone. Our apps (see below) have their own privacy policies, because they handle more data than this site does.

1. Who is responsible

The controller under Art. 4(7) GDPR is:

Milad Saedi, trading as miPlat Labs (Einzelunternehmen)
Tabbertstraße 6c, 12459 Berlin, Germany
Phone: +49 176 27858873
Email: admin@miplatlabs.de

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to (Art. 37 GDPR, § 38 BDSG). For any privacy question, write to the address above.

2. In short

This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies of its own, no analytics, no advertising, no social media plugins and no embedded videos or maps. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so your browser does not contact other companies when you read it. The only script on the site sets the year in the footer. Personal data is processed in two cases: when your browser requests a page (section 3), and when you contact us (section 5).

3. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's network). To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, your browser's user agent and technical connection data.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no local storage, no session storage). That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

One exception is outside our control: if Cloudflare's security systems consider a request suspicious, they may show a check page and, once it is passed, set a cookie (cf_clearance) so that you are not checked again. This cookie is strictly necessary to provide the site securely (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and is used for nothing else.

5. Contacting us by email or phone

When you email or call us, we process the data you give us: usually your name, email address or phone number, the content of your message, and the time it was sent.

Please don't send sensitive data (such as health data) by email unless it is needed for your request.

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and GitHub. They are plain links: nothing is loaded from those sites until you click one. After that, the other site's privacy policy applies.

7. Our apps

Our apps are separate services with their own privacy policies. For Dub-zi, see the Dub-zi privacy policy.

8. Who receives your data

Only the processors named above (Cloudflare for the website, Hetzner for email), and public authorities where the law obliges us to disclose data. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process your data based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We then stop, unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

To use any of these rights, email admin@miplatlabs.de.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one where you live or the one responsible for us: the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, www.datenschutz-berlin.de.

10. Other information

You are not obliged to give us any personal data; without it, we simply cannot answer you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

If this site starts processing more data, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
